The details
- How do weekly updates work?
- Audience and competitor research refresh together every 7 days for 10 credits. SEO scans are enabled separately, cost 20 credits each, and can be paused in SEO. Research can take several minutes, with progress and previous results available in the app. Sufficient credits are required.
- What does a website scan include?
- Up to 500 public HTML pages with SEO, answer structure (AEO) and machine readability (GEO) checks. Coverage is shown for each scan. Scans do not run JavaScript or measure Core Web Vitals, backlinks or AI citations. The score is diagnostic, not a ranking guarantee. Matching Google Search Console connections add observed query metrics to keyword recommendations.
- Can I spend the points I earn for SEO fixes?
- No. Points track progress, separately from credits. Automated fixes earn points after a scan verifies them. Manual review tasks earn self-reported points and do not change your automated health score.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Drafting stops until you top up or your plan resets. Nothing you have already paid for is taken away: your connected accounts stay connected, and you can still publish drafts you already have.
- Do credits expire?
- The credits included with your plan reset at the end of each billing month. Credits you buy separately last a year. Your plan's credits are always spent before the ones you bought, so you never lose paid credits to a reset.
- What if a draft or a post fails?
- You get the credits back. A draft that was never written and a post that never went out are both refunded automatically, to the same place they came from.
- Why does the free plan not include posting?
- A connected account costs us money every day it stays connected, whether or not anything is posted. So the free plan gives you the audience research and the drafts, and you copy them out yourself.
- Can I connect more accounts than my plan includes?
- Yes. Extra accounts cost credits per day, charged only for the days they are actually connected. Disconnect one and it stops costing you that same day.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Any time, from Settings. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
